Dr. Chitra Joshi is a well-decorated teacher with a career spanning over 26 years in the Educational and Management field, of which she held the position of Principal for 12 years. With a strong educational background; she holds a Ph.D, Master of Arts in English, Post Graduate Diploma in Medical Lab Science, Bachelor of Education and Bachelor of Science in Biology.

In the 26 years, she has gained valuable expertise in the educational sector as a Principal, and as Vice Principal from various CBSE schools across India. Her rich exposure and in-depth knowledge of the CBSE Curricula have enriched her with an innovative and diverse approach as an Academic Leader. One of the essential attributes of a Principal is exemplary leadership skills to lead and guide not only the students but also the staff. Dr. Joshi was the founder Principal of the notable Delhi Public School in Nashik, during her tenure the school was awarded the most prestigious Education World Award for the Best CBSE School in the city-wise which is an affirmation to her prowess.

She has to her credit the National Award of “Best Principal-2017” by Knowledge Hours, National Award for “Progressive Principal of India-2018” by Rethink India, “Principal of the Day by ACER”, “Best Principal Award 2017 by It’s A Matter of Principal’s”. She has also received the Savitri Bai Phule Award for “Best Principal” by the National Kaladarpan Art, Cultural and Social Foundation and QualTech award for Team Excellence, Process Improvement, Innovation and Green Breakthrough by Qimpro ®. She has organized and attended many conferences and seminars such as the 2nd and 4th Regional Conference for Principals’ by CBSE Ajmer Region under the Aegis of Indore Sahodaya Schools Complex etc. Dr. Joshi has also presented and published research papers in journals and conferences; on topics such as “Role of Technology in Enhancing the Pragmatic Competence and Learner’s Communicative Skills”, etc. Her other remarkable contributions are ISOQAR 9001:2015 Certification and SKAL education excellence award for Global Montessori Plus in the Girl Child Category.

Her dedication for her students is unprecedented.
