A certificate holder of Harvard Business School and Harvard Graduate School of Education in School Management and Leadership, Dr. K. E. Harish, has been in the forefront of educational change management for over two decades. With the Doctorate in Political Science, M.Phil. in Education, MBA in Human Resource Management, he is associated with some of the best schools in Kerala as a leader or management committee member or on an advisory level. He is also a first Rank holder of Calicut University in B.A Political Science. Dr. K. E. Harish embarked on his professional career in the US-Saudi Joint Commission on Economic Cooperation, working there for six years. Education beckoned him back to India and he became the Principal of WMO English Academy, a CBSE Senior Secondary School in Wayanad, Kerala. He soon changed course and took charge as the CEO of a proposed deemed University project called the Social Advancement Foundation of India (SAFI), which was being established on a vast campus near Calicut Airport. He was pivotal in the completion of its first phase in 2005. He then went on to establish one of India’s reputed and widely recognized educational organizations – Sadhbhavana Group. The group runs under it one of the top 10 schools in the country – Sadhbhavana World School. It also has a band of other school-related organizations which include an early childhood curriculum and consultancy division. Besides being the CEO of Sadhbhavana Group, he is also the CEO of the Eminence Private School, Fujairah, UAE, CEO of Centre for Research in Education and Teachers Training(an initiative with the Govt. of Kerala), CEO of Sadhbhavana Institute for Research in Education and Vice President of Early Childhood Association, India. Dr. Harish has won several awards in his journey as an educator. Some of the notable ones include the “Edupreneur” Award in 2012 from the Chamber of Education, New Delhi for his exemplary work in the field of education, being chosen as one among the Top 51 “Edupreneurs” of India by EducationWorld Magazine in their 14th anniversary issue in 2013, and the BrainFeed EduLeader of the Year Award, 2019. He is also serving as a Trusty of a Global NGO named Mission Better Tomorrow.

Ms. Sushma Nalappat has dedicated over 16 years to the field of K-12 education, demonstrating exceptional expertise in educational leadership, strategic planning, and school management. Her journey in education began with the Sadhbhavana Group, where she has made significant contributions to academic and operational excellence. She played a pivotal role in establishing Eminence Private School in Fujairah, ensuring the institution was built on a strong foundation of quality education and efficient school operations. As Principal of Eminence Private School, Ms. Nalappat is committed to driving academic excellence, fostering a positive school culture, and ensuring the holistic development of students. She works closely with educators to enhance teaching methodologies, implement innovative learning strategies, and uphold the highest educational standards. One of her key focuses is empowering students with the skills and knowledge needed for future success. Her strong background in educational management and leadership is supported by a Master’s in Business Administration, equipping her with strategic planning and decision-making skills. Additionally, her Bachelor of Education from New Zealand Tertiary College provides her with a deep understanding of pedagogical principles and student-centered learning approaches. Beyond her professional commitments, Ms. Nalappat is passionate about reading and sketching, which offer her moments of reflection and creativity.

Ms. Karen is a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and dedicated teacher with a natural ability to inspire children to be successful learners. She is a trained teacher who has the ability to juggle various subjects as well as equip teachers to improve their skills in classroom engagement. She has worked as a Pre-Primary Educator for St. Pauls Pune and The Bishop’s School Pune. Her most notable experience was working in a reputed international school in Qatar for 14 years. She was at the forefront of planning various activities and critical factors of the school in its beginning stages. With experience in participating in organized events, interschool competitions and student exhibitions, Karen is an accommodating and versatile individual with the talent to develop inspiring hands-on lessons that will capture a child’s imagination.

Pranitha, the former faculty alumnus of Sadhbhavana World School, is a Postgraduate with a work experience of more than 9 years in teaching, training and research. She is actively involved in Early childhood research programmes and her experience and expertise in the field and as a trainer, she has trained and mentored the early childhood facilitators across India and UAE. She has played an important role in mentoring the facilitators across all the grades training them on various Professional Development Programmes. She started her career as a chemistry facilitator in an ICSE School in Wayanad, Kerala. She then joined as a guest lecturer under Kannur University. She worked as a research fellow and has presented and published papers in the national journals. Her passion and commitment towards providing better opportunities for the under-privilege community made her join Teach for India fellowship and leadership development programme, during 2004 and has rendered her services for two years in a Government School, empowering children and their parents and the community through quality education in Chennai & Pune. Her experience as a Teach for India Fellow, leading students on a vision-driven journey to achieve holistic growth by providing excellent education has further strengthened her passion and desire to play a bigger role in driving systemic sustainable change in the education system.
