Fun things to do during a pandemic

Novel CoronaVirus Pandemic has brought the world to a standstill. The world is going through one of the most difficult periods in history. During these special circumstances one needs to be positive and indulge in activities that keep one busy, productive, and at the same time follow the social distancing norms of COVID-19. Here are the fun things we can indulge in.

1. Reading Books: Want to improve your imagination and creativity? Try reading books! Books help us improve our imagination and creativity while giving us amazing ideas and thoughts. Make it a practice to read at least one book a month.

2. Exercise: Exercise helps us to be flexible. It also helps us to stay fit and healthy.

3. Meditate: Meditation is a relaxing and a fun thing to do during this period. Meditation helps relax our body and mind, but also makes us happy and gives us fresh thoughts.

4. Mountain Hiking: It will be great fun climbing the mountains during the weekends. You could stop by a lovely place, put up your tent, play fun games and have fun with your family.

5. Solving Puzzles: Puzzles are workouts for the brain, we can have a lot of fun solving puzzles like Rubik’s cube, word puzzles, sudoku, tangrams, chess etc.

6. Scavenger Hunt: You could go out to your backyard or a garden and create a checklist on what you want to explore. You could explore and plant new plants, you could collect some fruits and do many interesting things.

7. Roller skating or bike riding: Skating or a bike ride will give you a lot of refreshment and a good cardio workout.

8. Have Fun with friends virtually: Have some fun by meetings with your friends virtually through the many apps available for the same.

9. Stay Healthy: Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables to boost immunity. Also catch good sleep.
